This in Person, immersive training will provide you with the depth of knowledge and understanding of yoga that will enhance not only your yoga practice and teaching skills but also your lifestyle.

This program is also perfect for the individual who wants to delve deeper into their yoga practice.

200-hour principals will be reviewed and explored more thoroughly. Discover new philosophies and concepts.
